There's some truth to what she's saying, but she's leaving some things out. Yes, we all know confidence, masculine energy, not giving a fuck, having swagger etc is sexy to women....of course! Also, the point about not letting rejection effect your self confidence, or assumed sexual marketplace value, is of particular importance for men. However, I think she's downplaying how much physical characteristics are entwined with overall attractiveness though.

The sad truth is that you're going to be at a disadvantage if you're shorter, out of shape, bald, have ugly facial features, wear glasses, can't afford stylish clothes, are a particular minority, have bad teeth etc. What she's not telling you is that two guys could display the exact same behavior. The guy with the above characteristics is likely to be treated like a sex offender, while a great looking guy might be banging her without a condom within the hour. This is just reality. Life isn't fair.

At the end of the day, just make the absolute best of what you can and fix what's in your control (get a good haircut, workout, lose weight, get a better job, make more money, get a tan, fix your style, fix your posture, etc). Be a masculine man, be as confident as you can be, and stop giving a fuck about the desires of females. Live for yourself.
